Davis Langdon & Seah Vietnam “DLS-VN” is a wholly foreign owned entity, fully licensed to operate in Vietnam in the field of cost management, tender management and risk management.
DLS-VN is a member of Davis Langdon & Seah International, the world's largest group specialized in Construction Cost Management / Quantity Surveying with over 5000 staff in 105 offices and manages circa USD 30 billion worth of construction work annually worldwide.
DLS-VN established operations in Vietnam since the beginning 1990’s and has over the last 13 years been providing consultancy services to more than one hundred and sixty nine (169) projects country-wide and in some countries such as Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and USA.
DLS-VN has set up and regularly update and develop extensive databases of costs, contractors, suppliers, legal documents and compliances.
Currently, we are operating from two (02) offices in Vietnam, with 70 staff under a purposely high level expatriate management.

- To be able to measure quantities of structural trades and finishes trades and MEP trades accurately
- To be able to understand the level of rate of structural trades and finishes trades and MEP trades
- To be able to accurately describe structural trades and finishes trades and MEP trades accurately
- To be able to review designs in order to determine whether design is sufficient for BQ measurement
- To be able to monitor, manage and check BQ and Tender Documentation
- To understand the building elements
- To be able to built up unit rate when required
- To reach a high standard in measurement and re-measurement
- To be able to prepare BQs, Cost Estimation, etc to high standard
- To be able to prepare reports to high standard
- To demonstrate an understanding of contractual issues and to show an ability to draft contractual letters to a high standard
- To be able to complete tender and contract documentation
- To be able to prepare outgoing docs to QA/QC standards
- To be able to improve and manage the cost database and other operation databases
- To be able to do cost analysis record of project/ summary of project quantities
- To well understand about relevant projects / filing / recording
- To follow up to fulfill the clients' requirement
- To show ability for dealing with both international and local clients directly and at meetings without supervision |

* Requirements:
- University graduate
- Knowledge and experience of construction market is essential.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, preparation of tender documents using FIDIC
- Experience in EOT, as-built program is an advantage
- To be able to manage deadlines, work independently to carry out the task and meet deliverable expectation
- Willing to work overtime / at weekend to fulfill the pending tasks or urgent requirement
- Willing to support / help colleague in the company
